Consent & Consultation Policy

A consultation is required before any first treatment at Dxy's Clinic. This allows us to assess suitability, discuss your goals honestly, and agree a treatment plan together before anything is booked.

Consultation fees

Your consultation is included at no extra cost when you book treatment for the same day. A stand-alone consultation (no treatment booked that day) is £40, fully redeemable against any treatment you go on to have.

Consent

Before any treatment, you'll be asked to provide informed written consent, confirming you understand the treatment, its risks, alternatives, and aftercare requirements.

Age policy

Treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over.

Photography

With your separate, explicit consent, before and after photographs may be taken for your clinical record and, only with additional specific permission, for use on our website or social media.
