BOOKING POLICY

Booking & Payment Options

We offer two ways to book your appointment:

Website Booking

  • When booking through our website, the full amount is paid upfront. If the amount isn't paid upfront, you will be contacted via email or text message asking for a deposit to secure your booking.
  • No further payment will be required on the day of your treatment.
  • This secures your appointment and simplifies your visit.

Booking via DM

  • If you prefer to book via Instagram DM, a £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.
  • The remaining balance can be paid on the day by cash or bank transfer.
  • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.

Lateness Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
  • Late arrivals may still be charged in full or loose their deposit.

Consultations & Forms

  • All clients must complete a medical consultation and consent form prior to treatment.
  • Be sure to provide accurate contact information when booking so this can be sent in advance.

Treatment Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

  • You are medically unsuitable
  • You arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • You behave inappropriately or abusively

In these cases, your deposit or full payment will not be refunded.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Online bookings: Payment is made in full via the website.
  • DM bookings cash or bank transfer on the day.
