Booking & Deposits

• A £40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits are deducted from your treatment total on the day.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Deposits are non-transferable to another person.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time to avoid delays or cancellation.
• A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you are 15 minutes or more late, the appointment is automatically cancelled and will need to be rebooked with a new deposit.

No-Shows

• Failure to attend your appointment without notice results in a full loss of your deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from booking future appointments.
  

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment results in a lost deposit.
• Same-day cancellations require a new deposit to rebook.

Pre-Appointment Requirements

• You must complete your consultation & consent form before your appointment.
• Failure to complete this before arrival may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.
  

Treatment Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

• You are medically unsuitable
• You arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• You behave inappropriately or abusively

In these cases, your deposit or full payment will not be refunded.

Respecting Time

At Dxy’s Clinic, all treatments are booked with strict timing. Late arrivals affect other clients and my working schedule. Please respect the time allocated to you—I always aim to provide the best possible experience with no rush.
